I pulled out one of my favourite Halloween KKS stamps, Batty Princess! The papers are Echo Park Chillingsworth. I used a background stamp to create the flourish design on the green paper and also to create a bit of a border around the stamped image. The die cut flourish is an MFT Die. The sentiment comes with one of our Halloween Fall sets released this year, Happy Haunting. Can I be honest? I'm not thrilled with the way the dress turned out. I was experimenting with a different orange combo, and had a couple of my markers go bit tacky. As a result, I had a really hard time getting a smooth blend. :(  I would have started over, but I was a bit tight on time. I really should have pulled out some pencils to fix those pleats. Added to that, I've got a lousy sinus cold that has my head throbbing whenever I lean over to colour...not fun. Ok, now I'm whining, lol.  I need to get some replacement nibs and refills. I'm bummed, because I was really happy with how her eyes turned out. Sigh.

Need a little more inspiration? Make sure to check out the wonderful creations by our Krafty Girls and Guests featuring this week's challenge over at the KKS Blog. Remember that the winner this week will be receiving that special 200th challenge bonus prize!!

Thanks for stopping by!

Blessings,

Melanie
